1. METHODS OF PAYMENT

You can complete your order by choosing one of the following payment methods:

Cash on delivery payment.
You can pay for your order upon receipt (cash on delivery), giving the amount of the value of the order in cash to the courier company that will deliver your package. The cash on delivery service is charged additionally with the amount of two (2) euros. The cash on delivery service is only available for orders within Greece.

Bank account deposit.
After the order is placed, you deposit the amount to the bank account of Viva Wallet with IBAN and with the name of the owner GALAZIOS FOTIOS & SIA O.O. by adding a deposit comment, your name and you inform us by e-mail at fotisgal@otenet.gr or by phone at 23107095709. After the deposit is checked and the exact amount is confirmed, the shipment of your order begins. By depositing into a bank account there is no charge on the payment amount. The deposit must be made within two business days of the day your order was placed. After two working days, the order is automatically cancelled.

Payment by credit card.
The process of clearing your payment is undertaken by ALPHA BANK, which guarantees its security. Information about the card (card number, CVV2, expiry date) is transmitted / transferred via the Internet in an encrypted form (SSL 128-bit encryption) and is not accessible from our online store. The systems and procedures used by ALPHA BANK prevent third parties from accessing its data and information systems. The Viva Wallet website, where the customer enters his card details, has a digital certificate so that anyone can check its authenticity, i.e. verify that it really belongs to the ALPHA BANK Service. The ALPHA BANK E-Commerce Service follows the best international practices in the field of e-commerce payments and is also fully compliant with the security protocols of the international card organizations Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode for safe online card payments. By using a credit card there is no charge on the payment amount.
2. METHODS OF SHIPMENT

Knowing the requirements of the time and wanting to ensure the fast delivery of its products, electrotherm.gr cooperates with ELTA Courier, the fastest carrier in every corner of Greece. The delivery of the products takes place in 1-2 working days in mainland Greece and 2-3 working days in the islands.

For example, a product weighing around 2 kg is charged with transport costs of around 20 euros. Upon completion of the order, electrotherm.gr sends an e-mail with the shipping code. With this code you can track the progress of your order through the transport company's website and know where it is at any moment. In the event of a delay in the delivery of the products, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to complete your order.
3. PRICES OF PRODUCTS

The e-shop prices include VAT. (24%). electrotherm.gr has the right to change the prices of its products at any time and without prior warning. For orders over fifty (50) euros within Greece, shipping is free.
4. CHANGES

Changing the product is free from all over Greece. The change is accepted if it is made within 15 days from the date of receipt.

     For a change to a product, the first return is free, while for every change after that you are charged for shipping.
     Change due to product defect or wrong design. When sending each order, our company checks the products for any defective pieces or parts thereof. However, in the event that you receive a defective product or the product is not what you ordered, you have the right to replace it, completely free of charge.

We would ask you, for the changes, to use the ELTA Courier company and not any other company of your choice, because in this case you will bear the transport costs. Send the parcel and mention that it should be done with a fee to electrotherm.gr (GALAZIOS FOTIOS & SIA O.O.) and to the address indicated below.

You can also call ELTA Courier and ask them to come and pick up the package from your place, without any additional charge. ELTA Courier's phone number is 2310644390, while additional information can be found on the website https://www.elta-courier.gr/search

A necessary condition for changing/returning the product is:

a) not to be used.
b) to have no internal or external damage
c) be in its original packaging with its proof of purchase.
d) to protect the product box it must be wrapped with some packaging.

The customer reserves the right to withdraw from the order for a period of 15 days from the day of receipt. In case of withdrawal and refund, the shipping costs of the original shipment and the shipping costs of the return (a total of €6.00) are deducted from the amount refunded. In order for the refund to be made, the customer must notify us of a bank account where the deposit will be made. Returns are accepted only when they are made through ELTA Courier and the electrotherm.gr company is charged (recipient's charge).
