Our company has the ability to ship goods throughout the country in the following ways:
Courier
Our company cooperates with the ELTA COURIER company for product shipments throughout Greece.
However, it is not advantageous to send products of large volume (size) by COURIER.
The cost of shipping the products is borne by the customer.
KTEL
In the case of a purchase of small and medium weight - volume products, you can allow transport to be carried out with the transport of the prefecture you belong to for more direct shipments.
The cost of shipping the products is borne by the customer.
Transport company of your choice
In case of purchase of heavy products - volume of approximately more than 8kg, their transport can be carried out with a transport company chosen by the customer or the company. In the event that you choose delivery of the product via transport, the company will contact you using the contact information you provided when placing the order in order to arrange the specific delivery arrangements (place, time, cost, etc.).
You are fully responsible for the cost of shipping the products with the shipping company (based on the pricing policy of each shipping company). In the event that you wish to use a transport company for the transport of your products as stated above, it is required that you have previously paid the total amount of your order (payment by cash on delivery is also not possible)
a) If you wish to ship the product with a transport company of your choice, you must notify the company. In this case you are obliged to personally make all the arrangements with your transport company for the delivery and receipt of the product as well as for the payment of the transporter by you.
The charge in the case of delivery of products with a transport company chosen by the customer depends solely on the pricing policy of the respective transport company, which is not known to the company.
As long as the product is available, the company will transport the product from its store to the nearest shipping agency by its own means within 2-3 working days from the date you inform it of the shipping company you have chosen.
b) In the event that the transport is carried out with a transport company of the company's choice, then the company may choose any transport company it wishes at its discretion. The payment of the transport is borne by the customer based on the pricing policy of the respective transport and the customer is informed of the exact cost by the company by sending an email or by telephone.
ATTENTION: For all shipments of products, the customer is obliged to check upon receipt of the products that he receives the device he ordered in perfect condition and then to sign the accompanying form of the shipment. In the event that the device has defects resulting from transport (breaks, cracks, etc.) the customer must refuse the receipt and contact the company immediately at 2310-709.709 or 2310-772.775. In case the customer receives the device, any errors that occurred during its transport are not recognized by F.GALAZIOS KE SIA OE.
Transportation by our company's vehicle
For the transport of goods within the city of Thessaloniki and for the value of goods over €100, the cost of transport is FREE.
Pickup from the store
You can pick up our goods from our store in Thessaloniki. In order to serve you properly, the pick-up is done ONLY after contacting us by phone, in order to confirm the availability from the orders department. There is no additional charge.
Payment for your order is made before or upon delivery of the product and can be made with one of the following payment methods:
1. Cash on delivery
You can pay for your order upon receipt via cash on delivery,
the courier has an additional shipping charge of 2 euros.
2. PAYPAL
PayPal is a secure way to buy, send and receive money online.
3. Credit / Debit card
Place your order through the e-shop and pay by card.
All card transactions are carried out through VIVA WALLET's secure system
