Payment methods

You can complete your order by choosing one of the following payment methods:

Payment in the Store.
Payment for your order can be made upon receipt of your order in the store by cash or credit card.

Cash on delivery payment.
You can pay for your order upon receipt (cash on delivery), giving the amount of the value of the order in cash to the courier company that will deliver your package. The cash on delivery service is charged additionally with the amount of two (2) euros. The cash on delivery service is only available for orders within Greece.

Payment by credit or debit card.

     using the Masterpass e-wallet.

The process of clearing your payment is taken over by Viva Wallet, which guarantees its security. Information about the card (card number, CVV2, expiry date) is transmitted / transferred via the Internet in an encrypted form (SSL 128-bit encryption) and is not accessible from our online store. The systems and procedures used by Viva Wallet prevent third parties from accessing its data and information systems. The Viva Wallet website where the customer enters their card details has a digital certificate so that anyone can check its authenticity, i.e. verify that it really belongs to the Viva Wallet Service. The Viva Wallet E-Commerce Service follows international best practices in the field of e-commerce payments and is also fully compliant with the security protocols of the international card organizations Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode for secure online card payments. By using a credit card there is no charge on the payment amount.
